you suspect fradulent activity –
report it immediately.

To report Lost/Stolen cards, or any suspected fradulent activity on your Heritage State Bank Debit Card:

• Call 800-500-1044 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to cancel your existing card.
  
• Keep your confirmation number for reference.
  
• Contact a customer service representative or a relationship banker at 800-567-7297 (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday) to report the fradulent activity and start an investigation.
